We install single-ply, built-up, and modified bitumen roof systems, so we can cater to a wide range of needs. Or, if there are only minor problem areas in the roof that need to be addressed, we can provide a sustainable repair.
- Preventative maintenance – With our PRAM. maintenance program, we’ll inspect your roof annually for any signs of damage. We will repair, free of cost, leaks caused by normal wear, and up to three punctures caused by third parties, per building in any program year (excludes damage caused by natural disaster, vandalism, excessive foot traffic, settlement or cracking of the roof deck, or abuse from owners or tenants).
- Coating and waterproofing – Enhanced protection against the elements is a key to roof life. We can coat the roof with a waterproof membrane that will act as a protective shield against the elements. Plus, many of our new coating options reflect light, keeping your roof surfaces cooler and helping your building become more energy efficient.
